The house is on one level and offers a relaxed atmosphere with modern facilities. From the living room and the east-facing terrace, you can enjoy the lovely view over Allinge and the sea – perfect for your morning coffee or a quiet moment in the sun.

Layout of the house:
You enter from the west-facing terrace, equipped with a grill, garden furniture, and an outdoor fireplace. Inside, you’ll find a stylish open-plan kitchen with dining area and a cosy living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, coffee machine, microwave, and air fryer. Next to the kitchen is the bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin, washing machine, and underfloor heating.

The living room includes a large sofa bed (2 sleeping places), SmartTV with Chromecast, and access to the enclosed green garden and a covered terrace with garden furniture and parasol. From the living room, you also reach two bedrooms with double beds that can be separated into twin beds. There is also a staircase to a charming loft with 2 beds – best suited for older children and teenagers.
