Holiday apartment (1A) for 4-6 persons with sea view

Large and beautiful luxury apartment of 110 m2 on two levels. The ground floor is furnished as follows: From the entrance hall you enter the delicious kitchen with bar stools. The kitchen is open to the living room, where you have a cozy sofa arrangement (sleeps 2 on the sofa bed). There is a sea view from the living room, which is combined with the dining room. The dining room contains a dining table with seating for 6 people and a TV corner with sofa chairs. From the living room there is access to the bathroom with toilet and shower. The living room also has access to two balconies, both of which of course have sea views. A staircase leads down to the lower floor. On the lower floor there is a large and a smaller bedroom. The master bedroom has sea views and a private bathroom with a toilet, shower and bathtub. The smaller bedroom, which contains a double bed, faces the land side. There is also a private exit from the smaller bedroom.
 
The apartment is located on a sloping terrain, so that the upper floor is raised above street level, while the lower floor is partly above street level. Apartment A has an area of approximately 65 m2 on the upper floor and approximately 45 m2 on the lower floor.

* Distance to the sea: 25 meters
* Baby equipment: You have the opportunity to borrow a stroller, high chair, cot, baby bathtub and changing pad free of charge.
* Pets: Pets are not allowed in Apartment A.
* Arrival day: In the period 30 June - 4 August, Sunday is the arrival/departure day. In other periods, you are generally free to choose the day of arrival of the week. In some periods, however, there may be restrictions on the choice of arrival day due to the other bookings on the Strandpromenaden. As a rule, you do not need to rent for whole weeks. This allows you to put together your holiday completely according to your choice, just as you can choose to travel on the cheapest ferry days. The cheapest ferry days are usually Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
* Arrival and departure time: You can enter the apartment from 15:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to leave the apartment no later than 10:00 so that we can get the apartment cleaned for the next guests.
* Cleaning and water and electricity consumption: Both cleaning on arrival and departure as well as water and electricity consumption are included in your rental price.
