The cottage's layout: Entrance hall with access to utility room and to a large bathroom with shower, bathtub and sauna. You even enter the large cozy kitchen-dining room with kitchen, dining area and living room with wood-burning stove. The kitchen is well equipped and contains, among other things, a coffee machine, electric kettle, stove, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. At one end of the cottage you will find 2 bedrooms with double beds, a loft, and a small guest toilet. At the other end you will find 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed. From the family room you have access to the large terrace, which is partly covered, and furnished with garden furniture and sun loungers.

* Laundry facilities: Yes, Rubinhuset 7 has both a washing machine and a dryer.
* Pets: No, unfortunately it is not allowed to bring dogs or cats into Rubinhuset 7.

* Arrival day: In the period 30 June - 18 August, Sunday is the arrival/departure day. In other periods, you are generally free to choose the day of arrival of the week. In some periods, however, there may be restrictions on the choice of arrival day due to the other bookings at Rubinhuset. As a rule, you do not need to rent for whole weeks. This allows you to put together your holiday completely according to your choice, just as you can choose to travel on the cheapest ferry days. The cheapest ferry days are usually Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
* Arrival and departure time: You can enter the holiday home from 15:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to leave the holiday home no later than 10:00 so that we can get the house cleaned for the next guests.
* Cleaning and water and electricity consumption: Both cleaning on arrival and departure as well as water and electricity consumption are included in your rental price.
