You can enter the house from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
Should you unexpectedly find that there is defective furniture or other faults in your holiday home, we ask you to contact the management Team Jensen on phone +45 20 32 11 79 immediately after your arrival, so that we can solve the problem as soon as possible.
If you contact us later than 24 hours after you have discovered the error, you lose the right to any claim for compensation. Regardless of when you contact us, we will of course always try to help you in the best possible way.
You get the key to the holiday home via a key box by the house. We will send you more information about the location and code of the key box 4 days before your arrival.
You can rent a baby package by contacting Team Bornholm, no later than 2 days before arrival, on +45 56 95 85 66. The baby package consists of: High chair and cot with mattress (you must bring your own duvet and pillow as well as cover and sheet).

There are duvets and pillows in the apartment. Bed linen and towels are thus the only things that you need to bring yourself. Alternatively, you can rent a linen package consisting of: Sheet, pillow and duvet cover and one large and one small towel. You can order the linen package no later than 2 days before arrival by contacting Team Bornholm on +45 56 95 85 66.
The house is equipped with the necessary kitchen utensils for regular cooking. You will need to bring consumables such as food, dishwashing liquid, paper towels and toilet paper, as well as personal hygiene items. There is a small starter supply of toilet paper in the house upon arrival, but you will need to provide the rest yourself. A dish towel and a cloth are also provided in the house upon arrival – if you need more, please bring them from home. Remember to bring bed linen and towels if you are not renting them from us (see more information above).
There is an electric car charging station (Type 2, 11 kW) at the house that you are welcome to use.
You can park for free by the house.

There is a charcoal grill at the holiday home that you are welcome to use. Please remember to show consideration for the neighbours when grilling. You must bring/buy your own charcoal and clean the grill after use – this is not included in the final cleaning of the holiday home.
You can shop for groceries in Netto and Brugsen in Allinge, approx. 800 meter from the house.
There is wireless internet access in the apartment, which you are free to use. If the internet does not work optimally, this does not entitle you to any financial compensation.

There is a washing maschine in the bathroom, that you are welcome to use.
We kindly ask that you sort your waste and hand it in the appropriate containers for each waste type.. Ikke færdig.
