Check-in time and key collection

You can enter the accommodation from 16:00 (4 pm) on the day of arrival.

You get the key to the accommodation via a key box by the apartment. We will send you an email with more information about the location and code of the key box 4 days before your arrival.

Baby package

You can rent a baby package by contacting Team Bornholm, no later than 2 days before arrival, on +45 56 95 85 66. The baby package consists of: A high chair and a cot with mattress (you must bring your own duvet and pillow as well as cover and sheet).

The baby package will be delivered to the accommodation prior to your arrival and picked up again after your departure.

Bed linen and towels

There are duvets and pillows in the accommodation. You must bring your own bed linen and towels unless you rent linen packages from us. The linen package is ordered per person and includes: a sheet, pillowcase and duvet cover, as well as one large and one small towel

You can order the linen package no later than 2 days before arrival by contacting Team Bornholm on +45 56 95 85 66.

Charging station

There is no charging station at Kirkehuset, and it is not permitted to charge electric cars using the apartment's or the property's power outlets, as the electrical grid cannot handle the load. If you have an electric car, we recommend using the public charging stations on the island instead.

Parking

There is no private parking space allocated to the holiday apartment. Instead, you can park on the public road or in one of the nearby side streets.

What do I need to bring myself?

The accommodation is equipped with the necessary kitchen utensils for regular cooking. You will need to bring consumables such as food, dishwashing liquid, paper towels and toilet paper, as well as personal hygiene items.

There is a dish towel, a cloth and a small starter supply of toilet paper in the apartment upon arrival. If you need more, you need to bring/buy this yourself.

During your stay

Bedlinen and towels

If you have forgotten to bring bed linen and towels, you can rent a linen package consisting of: Sheets, duvet and pillowcases as well as one large and one small towel. The linen package is ordered per person.

Groceries

The apartment is centrally located in Svaneke, and you are only 300 metres from the town’s grocery store, Brugsen, at Nansensgade 11.

If you experience any issues

Should you unexpectedly experience defective furniture or other issues in your accommodation upon arrival, please contact the management PartnerØ on phone +45 23 70 77 26 immediately, so we can resolve the matter.

If you contact us later than 24 hours after discovering the issue, the right to any claim for compensation will lapse. Regardless of when you contact us, we will of course always do our best to assist you.

Shared garden

There is a lovely green garden connected to the property. The garden is shared with another holiday apartment, but you have your own private corner with garden furniture, so you can enjoy sunny days and your meals outdoors.

WiFi

There is free wireless internet access in the accommodation. The network name and password can be found on a note in the apartment

If the internet does not work optimally, this does not entitle you to any financial compensation.

Waste and sorting

We kindly ask you to sort your waste and dispose of it in the correct bins, which are located next to the stairs leading up to the main entrance.

Before you leave the holiday home, we kindly ask you to sort your waste, empty the bin, and dispose of the waste in the correct bins, which are located next to the stairs leading up to the main entrance.

Check-out and key return

The latest departure time is at 10:00 am.

If you leave before 10:00 am, please let our service partner PartnerØ know on phone +45 23 70 77 26 the day before, as it helps us plan the cleaning.

Before you leave the accommodation, we kindly ask you to:

  • Empty the fridge
  • Put rented bedding and towels in a pile on the floor
  • Wash dishes and put them away
  • Sort your waste, empty the trash can and dispose of the waste in the bins by the main entrance
  • Close the windows
  • Turn off the lights (do not turn off the fridge)

When you leave, we ask you to lock the door and place the key back in the key box.
