You can enter the apartment from 16:00 on the day of arrival.
Should you unexpectedly find that there is defective furniture or other faults in your holiday apartment, we ask you to contact the management PartnerØ on phone +45 23 70 77 26 immediately after your arrival, so that we can solve the problem as soon as possible.
If you contact us later than 24 hours after you have discovered the error, you lose the right to any claim for compensation. Regardless of when you contact us, we will of course always try to help you in the best possible way.
You get the key to the holiday apartment via a key box at the apartment. We will send you more information about the location and code of the key box approx. 4 days before your arrival.
You can rent a baby package by contacting Team Bornholm, no later than 2 days before arrival, on +45 56 95 85 66. The baby package consists of: High chair and cot with mattress (you must bring your own duvet and pillow as well as cover and sheet).

There are duvets and pillows in the apartment. Bed linen and towels are thus the only things that you need to bring yourself. Alternatively, you can rent a linen package consisting of: Sheet, pillow and duvet cover and one large and one small towel. You can order the linen package no later than 2 days before arrival by contacting Team Bornholm on +45 56 95 85 66.
The apartment is equipped with necessary kitchen equipment for general cooking. You must bring your own products such as food, dishwashing liquid, kitchen towels and toilet paper as well as things for personal hygiene. There is a tea towel and a cloth in the holiday home on your arrival, and if you need more tea towels and cloths, please bring these yourself. Also remember to bring linen and towels if you do not rent it from us (read more above).
Købmandsgården has its own parking lot, where you can park for free.
We kindly ask you to sort your waste and place it in the correct containers by the parking lot.
Your holiday apartment has a gas grill that you can use. Just remember to be considerate of other guests while grilling. You are responsible for cleaning the grill after use – this is not included in the final cleaning of the apartment.
You are allowed to bring your dog(s) in the holiday apartment.
If you are bringing your dog(s), please be aware of the following:
• Dogs are not allowed in the furniture or beds.
• We kindly ask you to walk your dog outside the resort area – and remember to pick up after it.
• Dogs must not be left alone or unattended in the apartments or in the area in general
You can shop for groceries at SPAR, which is located right next to Købmandsgården. You can also shop at Brugsen, about 500 meters from the apartment.
There is wireless internet access in the apartment, which you are free to use. If the internet does not work optimally, this does not entitle you to any financial compensation. You can find information about the network name and password on a note in the apartment.
If you have forgotten to bring bed linen and towels, you can rent a linen package consisting of: Sheets, duvet and pillowcases as well as one large and one small towel. Contact our service partner PartnerØ on +45 23 70 77 26 if you want to rent a linen package.
Købmandsgården has a shared swimming pool that you are welcome to use. The pool is open from June 1 to September 30 and is cleaned and maintained according to current regulations. Everyone must wash thoroughly before using the pool.
Your apartment has a washing machine in the bathroom that you can use. The apartment also has a drying rack.
We kindly ask you to sort your waste, empty the trash bin, and place the waste in the correct containers by the parking lot.
The latest departure time on the day of departure is at 10:00.
If you leave before 10:00 am, please let our service partner PartnerØ on +45 23 70 77 26 the day before, as it will help us plan the cleaning..
