Arrival

You can enter the accommodation from 16:00 (4PM) on the day of arrival.

Should you unexpectedly find that there is defective furniture or other faults in your accommodation, we ask you to contact the management PartnerØ on phone +45 23 70 77 26 immediately after your arrival, so that we can solve the problem as soon as possible.

If you contact us later than 24 hours after you have discovered the error, you lose the right to any claim for compensation. Regardless of when you contact us, we will of course always try to help you in the best possible way.

Key handout

You get the key to the accommodation via a key box by the house. We will send you more information about the location and code of the key box approx. 4 days before your arrival.

Baby package

You can rent a baby package by contacting Team Bornholm, no later than 2 days before arrival, on +45 56 95 85 66. The baby package consists of: High chair and cot with mattress (you must bring your own duvet and pillow as well as cover and sheet).

Bed linen and towels

There are duvets and pillows in the accommodation. You need to bring bed linen and towels yourself. Alternatively, you can rent a linen package consisting of: Sheet, pillow and duvet cover and one large and one small towel per person. You can order the linen package no later than 2 days before arrival by contacting Team Bornholm on +45 56 95 85 66.

Charging station

There is no charging station at Mosehuset, and it is not permitted to charge electric cars using the house's power outlets, as the electrical grid cannot handle the load. If you have an electric car, we recommend using the public charging stations on the island instead.

There is free private parking at the house, with space for one car.

What do I need to bring myself?

The accommodation is equipped with the necessary kitchen utensils for regular cooking. You will need to bring consumables such as food, dishwashing liquid, paper towels and toilet paper, as well as personal hygiene items.

There is a small starter supply of toilet paper in the house upon arrival, but you will need to provide the rest yourself. A dish towel and a cloth are also provided in the house upon arrival – if you need more, please bring them from home. Remember to bring bed linen and towels if you are not renting them from us.

We kindly ask you to sort your waste and dispose of it in the correct bins, which are located by the main road by the house.

Bedlinen and towels

If you have forgotten to bring bed linen and towels, you can rent a linen package consisting of: Sheets, duvet and pillowcases as well as one large and one small towel per person. Contact our service partner PartnerØ on phone +45 23 70 77 26 if you want to rent a linen package.

Groceries

You can shop for groceries at DagliBrugsen in Svaneke, approx. 2.4 km from the house.

Internet

There is wireless internet access in the accommodation, which you are free to use. If the internet does not work optimally, this does not entitle you to any financial compensation. The network name and password can be found on a note in the holiday home

There is a washing machine in the bathroom, that you are welcome to use.

On departure

Waste

Before you leave the holiday home, we kindly ask you to sort your waste, empty the trash bin, and place the waste in the correct bins located by the main road at the house’s driveway.

Departure and key drop-off

The latest departure time is at 10:00 am.

If you leave before 10:00 am, please let our service partner PartnerØ know on phone +45 23 70 77 26 the day before, as it helps us plan the cleaning.

Before you leave the accommodation, we kindly ask you to:

  • Empty the fridge
  • Put rented bedding and towels in a pile on the floor
  • Wash dishes and/or empty the dishwasher
  • Sort your waste, empty the trash can and dispose of the waste in the correct bins by the road.
  • Close the windows
  • Turn off the lights (do not turn off the fridge)

When you leave, we ask you to lock the door and place the key back in the key box.
