Grill

In the patio you will find gas grills that you can borrow freely - just remember to clean the grill after use. Be careful, show consideration and feel free to share the barbecue area with your neighbor. Due to the risk of fire, it is only allowed to use gas grills at Østersøen Holiday Apartments, and other types of grills may therefore not be used.

Dog

In selected holiday apartments, it is allowed to bring a dog. 

If you have your dog with you, please be aware of the following:
• Dogs are not allowed to stay in furniture or beds.
• When large and small "errands" are to be performed, we ask that it be done outside the resort area. Also please remember to pick up after your dog.
• Dogs must not be left alone or unattended in the apartments or in the area in general.

Procurement

Østersøen Holiday Apartments are located in the middle of Svaneke, which is full of beautiful shops with specialties and local crafts. When you need to shop for groceries, you can do this in Dagli'Brugsen, just 240 meters from Baltic Sea Apartments.

Internet

All apartments have free Wi-Fi with their own network name and code. You can find the code for the internet on a note in your holiday home. The transmission power may vary from apartment to apartment. If the internet does not function optimally, it will not entitle you to financial compensation.

Swimming pool

As a guest of the Østersøen Holiday Apartments, you can use the swimming pool free of charge from 08:00 to 20:00. The pool is open from 1 June to 1 September.

The swimming pool may only be used in swimwear, and we ask that you thoroughly wash your body before use. Failure to do so may result in loss of access to the pool for the rest of your stay. Use of the swimming pool is at your own risk and children under the age of 18 may only use the swimming pool under adult supervision.

Laundry

You are free to use the washing machine and dryer, which are located in the small green house in the courtyard, marked with "Washing machine". Here you will also find a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, which you can also borrow for free. We simply ask you to put things back in place after use. Please note that the washing machine is not available in the period 15 November – 15 March, as the water is shut off to avoid frost bursting.

Departure and key drop-off

The latest departure time on the day of departure is at 10:00.

If you leave before 10:00, you are very welcome to notify the management team on phone 23 70 77 26 the day before, as it will help us in planning the cleaning. 

We ask you to leave the key on the dining table in the apartment and leave the front door unlocked. Then the cleaning staff can easily come in after you have left.

Before you leave the apartment, we kindly ask you to:
• Place rented bedding and towels in a pile on the floor.
• Emptying the fridge
• Wash up and/or empty the dishwasher
• Empty the waste bin and throw the waste in the large containers
• Close the windows
• Turn off the lights and heating (do not turn off the refrigerator
