You can enter the accommodation from 16:00 (4PM) on the day of arrival.
Should you unexpectedly find that there is defective furniture or other faults in your accommodation, we ask you to contact the management PartnerØ on phone +45 23 70 77 26 immediately after your arrival, so that we can solve the problem as soon as possible.
If you contact us later than 24 hours after you have discovered the error, you lose the right to any claim for compensation. Regardless of when you contact us, we will of course always try to help you in the best possible way.
You get the key to the accommodation via a key box by the house. We will send you more information about the location and code of the key box 4 days before your arrival.
You can rent a baby package by contacting Team Bornholm, no later than 2 days before arrival, on +45 56 95 85 66. The baby package consists of: High chair and cot with mattress (you must bring your own duvet and pillow as well as cover and sheet).
There are duvets and pillows in the accommodation. Bed linen and towels are thus the only things that you need to bring yourself. Alternatively, you can rent a linen package consisting of: Sheet, pillow and duvet cover and one large and one small towel. You can order the linen package no later than 2 days before arrival by contacting Team Bornholm on +45 56 95 85 66.

There is no charging station at the holiday home, and it is not permitted to use the house’s electricity to charge your car, as the electrical system cannot handle the load. If you have an electric car, we recommend using the public charging stations on the island instead.
You can park for free on Jernkaasvej right next to the houses, or alternatively at the large free car park on Melstedvej.
The holiday home is equipped with the necessary kitchenware for regular cooking. You must bring your own consumables such as food, dishwashing detergent, kitchen paper, toilet paper, and personal hygiene items.
There is a small starter supply of toilet paper in the house upon arrival, but you will need to provide the rest yourself. A dish towel and a cloth are also provided in the house upon arrival – if you need more, please bring them from home. Remember to bring bed linen and towels if you are not renting them from us (see more information above).
We kindly ask that you sort your waste and place it in the appropriate containers for each waste type at the nearest recycling station: Jernkaasvej 1C, 3760 Gudhjem.
If you have forgotten to bring bed linen and towels, you can rent a linen package consisting of: Sheets, duvet and pillowcases as well as one large and one small towel. Contact our service partner PartnerØ på telefon +45 23 70 77 26 if you want to rent a linen package.
You can shop for groceries in Brugsen in Gudhjem, only 200 meters from the holiday home.
There is wireless internet access in the accommodation, which you are free to use. If the internet does not work optimally, this does not entitle you to any financial compensation. The network name and password can be found on a note in the holiday home.
There is a washing machine in the bathroom, that you are welcome to use.
You are allowed to bring pet(s) in Gudhjem Feriehuse.
If you are bringing your pet(s), please be aware of the following:
• Dogs are not allowed in the furniture or beds.
• We kindly ask you to walk your dog outside the resort area – and remember to pick it up after it.
• Dogs must not be left alone or unattended in the house or in the area in general.
We kindly ask that you sort your waste and dispose of it in the appropriate containers for each waste type at the nearest recycling station: Jernkaasvej 1C, 3760 Gudhjem.
The latest departure time is at 10:00 am.
If you leave before 10:00 am, please let our service partner PartnerØ know on phone +45 23 70 77 26 the day before, as it will help us plan the cleaning.
