Annekset is a bright and well-designed holiday home in central Svaneke, offering a peaceful setting close to the town’s charming streets, square and harbour. The living room is the natural centre of the house, combining dining area, sofa space and a sofa bed, with direct access to a private terrace where you can enjoy a quiet morning coffee or a relaxed evening. The house also features a well-equipped kitchen, a nice bathroom and a low-ceiling loft suitable for older children and teenagers.

Arrival days
From 6–12 June and 27 July – 14 August 2026, Saturday is the arrival and departure day, and stays must be booked in full weeks. In all other periods, there is no fixed changeover day, and stays can be booked for a minimum of 3 nights.
Accessibility
The holiday home is not wheelchair friendly. Please contact us at +45 56 95 85 66 for advice and guidance if you need a holiday home where it is possible to bring a wheelchair.
Baby package
You can rent a baby package consisting of: High chair and crib. If you wish to rent a baby package, you can add it to your reservation when booking your stay. The baby package will be delivered to the house prior to arrival and picked up again upon your departure.
Cleaning
We'll make sure to clean your holiday home on arrival/departure. Cleaning is always included in your rental price, and we will not send you any additional invoices for this after your holiday. On your departure, we simply ask you to ensure that the furniture is in its place, the dishes are cleaned/dishwasher is emptied, and any waste has been placed in the correct bins.
Duvets and pillows
The house is equipped with duvets and pillows. You need to bring your own bed linen and towels unless you rent a linen package from us. The linen package includes sheets, pillowcases, and one large and one small towel. If you wish to rent a linen package, you can add it to your booking when reserving your stay.
Electricity and utilities
Electricity and utilities (electricity/water/heating) are always included in your rental price, so no additional charges will be sent after your stay.
Groceries
Closest grocery store is just 300 m from Annekset.
Keys
We’ll send you an email a few days before your arrival with information about how to get the key to your holiday home. It’s a simple process – and no problem at all if you arrive late in the evening.
Kitchen appliances
The holiday home has a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for basic cooking - including tableware and utensils. You don't need to bring any of your own.
Parking and charging station
There is free private parking by the house. The holiday home does not have a charging station, so we recommend using the public charging stations on the island.
Pets
Dogs and other pets are not allowed in Annekset. If you wish to bring your pet to Bornholm, we recommend taking a look at our pet-friendly accommodation options.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside or outside the house.
Tea towels, toilet paper and more
There is a tea towel, dish cloth and a starting supply of toilet paper in the holiday home when you arrive. If you need more, you must bring/purchase this yourself.
WiFi
There is free WiFi in the house. If the network does not function optimally, this does not provide a basis for financial compensation.
