Arnager Seaview is a lovely holiday home of 126 square metres, and is furnished with plenty of space for 6-8 people. The summerhouse is located on a hilltop with a nice view of the town's houses and the Arnager bridge, which is Northern Europe's longest wooden bridge. From the summer house, you live within walking distance of a lovely sandy beach, and only a short drive from the center of Rønne, which offers several restaurants, cafés and good shopping and shopping opportunities. • Number of bedrooms: Three bedrooms, including two rooms with two beds and one room with a bed for one and a half. In addition, there is an annex with two beds.
• Number of bathrooms: One bathroom and a separate toilet.
• Hard appliances: Stove, refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher.
• Internet: Yes, there is wireless internet in the holiday home.
• Kitchen equipment: The kitchen is well equipped with, among other things, kitchen utensils, an electric kettle and a coffee machine.
• Heating: There is a heat pump in the summerhouse.
• TV: There is a TV in the summerhouse.• Pets: Pets are not allowed in this cottage.
• Distance to the sea: 100 meters as the crow flies or 2 minutes walk.
• Distance to shopping: 6.5 kilometers (Netto or Coop365 in Rønne).
• Arrival and departure time: You can enter the holiday home from 15:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to leave the holiday home no later than 10:00, so that we can have the house cleaned for the next guests.
• Arrival day: In the period 23 June - 1 September, Saturday is the arrival/departure day. In other periods, you can basically freely choose the arrival day of the week. In some periods, due to the other bookings at Arnager Seaview, however, there may be restrictions on the choice of arrival day. As a rule, you don't need to rent for whole weeks either. It gives you the opportunity to put together the holiday according to your choice, just as you can choose to travel on the cheapest ferry days. The cheapest ferry days are usually Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Arrival time
On the day of arrival, your holiday home will be available from 4:00 PM. You can read more under the section "Key Collection" if you are arriving late in the evening.
Arrival days
During the period from 23 June to 1 September, Saturday is the designated arrival/departure day. Outside of this period, you are generally free to choose your arrival day. However, during certain times, there may be restrictions on arrival days at Arnager Seaview due to other bookings. You are also not required to book full weeks, which gives you the flexibility to plan your holiday exactly as you wish — including choosing to travel on the cheapest ferry days. The cheapest ferry days are usually Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Cleaning
A holiday is a holiday! That’s why we take care of cleaning Arnager Seaview before your arrival and after your departure – ensuring the holiday home is properly cleaned when you arrive, and sparing you the task of cleaning before you leave. The cleaning fee is included in the rental price, so there are no extra charges. Upon departure, we simply ask that you return the furniture to its original place, wash any used kitchenware, and dispose of any waste at the local recycling station.
Departure time
On the day of departure, we ask that you leave the holiday home no later than 10:00 AM, so that we can prepare the home for the next guests.
Disability access
Unfortunately, Arnager Seaview is not wheelchair accessible due to steps inside the house. Please contact us at 56 95 85 66 for advice and guidance if you need a holiday home that can accommodate a wheelchair.
Dishtowel, toilet paper, etc.
Upon your arrival, you will find a dishtowel, dishcloth, and a start-up inventory of toilet paper and kitchen towels, in your holiday apartment. Should you require extra, we ask that you bring, or purchase, this yourself.
Duvets/bed linen
There are duvets and pillows in the apartment. Bed linen and towels are therefore the only thing you must bring yourself. Alternatively, you can rent a linen package, consisting of sheets, pillow and duvet covers as well as a large and a small towel. If you wish to rent a linen package, you can add it to your reservation when booking your stay.
Electricity and water usage
Electricity and water usage are included free of charge in your rental price.

There is a freezer in the kitchen.

Coop 365 and Netto are the nearest grocery stores, located approximately 6.5 kilometres from Arnager Seaview.

If you need the internet connection for work purposes, we recommend bringing your own mobile broadband. Please note that any outages in the internet connection do not entitle you to compensation.
Key Collection
When we send you your holiday confirmation, we will also inform you about how to collect the key to the holiday home. The process is easy – and it’s not a problem if you arrive late in the evening.
Kitchen Equipment

Terms of payment
We kindly ask you to pay a deposit of 25% of the total price when you book your stay. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 45 days before your arrival. If you book less than 45 days before your arrival, we ask you to pay the full amount when booking.
