• Kitchen equipment: The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, kitchenware and a coffee machine.

• Pets: Pets are not allowed in this holiday apartment.
• Distance to the sea: The apartment has a sea view and is located 150 meters from the water (as the crow flies) and 350 meters from Bølshavn harbor.
• Distance to shopping: 5 km to DagliBrugsen in Svaneke.
• Arrival and departure time: You can enter the apartment from 16:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to leave the holiday apartment no later than 10:00 so that we can have the apartment cleaned for the next guests.
• Cleaning and water and electricity consumption: Both cleaning on arrival and departure as well as water and electricity consumption are included in your rental price.
Note: The apartment is an extension of a larger house. There is no access between the two homes, and the terraces of the homes are separated by a fence. The apartment is located at the end of a steep road.

You will be able to check in to your holiday home from 4 PM on the arrival day. Read more under "Keys" if you arrive late at night.
Time of Departure
On the day of departure, we ask that you leave the holiday apartment no later than 10:00 AM, so that we can prepare the apartment for the next guests.
Accessibility

Cleaning
A holiday must be a holiday! That is why we make sure to clean your apartment on arrival/departure - so you are always sure that the apartment is properly cleaned on your arrival, and you are free from the work of cleaning yourself before your departure. When you order through us, cleaning is always included in your rental price. You therefore do not have to pay extra for the cleaning. On your departure, we therefore simply ask you to ensure that the furniture is in its place, the kitchenware is washed up, and any waste is handed over to the area's environmental station.
Duvets and bed linen
There are duvets and pillows in the apartment. Bed linen and towels are therefore the only thing you must bring yourself. Alternatively, you can rent a linen package, consisting of sheets, pillow and duvet covers as well as a large and a small towel. If you wish to rent linen package(s), you can add it to your reservation when booking your stay.

The nearest grocery store is Dagli’Brugsen in Svaneke, located approximately 5 km from Gnisten
Internet
Gnisten offers wireless internet access. Signal strength may vary depending on the number of simultaneous users. If you need a stable internet connection for work purposes, we recommend that you bring your own mobile broadband. Please note that any internet outages do not entitle you to compensation.
Keys
We’ll send you a separate email a few days before arrival with information on how to collect the key to your holiday apartment. It’s an easy process – and no problem at all if you arrive late in the evening.
Kitchen equipment
Gnisten has a well-equipped kitchen, including tableware. You therefore do not need to bring your own kitchen utensils or similar items.
Parking
You can park directly by Gnisten.
Payment terms
We kindly ask you to pay a deposit of 25% of the total price when you book your stay. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 45 days before your arrival. If you book less than 45 days before your arrival, we ask you to pay the full amount when booking.
Pets
Unfortunately, it is not allowed to bring dogs or other pets to Gnisten. If you are planning on bringing your pet(s) with you, have a look at our page with pet friendly accommodations on Bornholm.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in Gnisten.
