- Bathrooms: Two bathrooms and one guest toilet. One bathroom and guest toilet on the ground floor and one bathroom on the 1st floor. Both bathrooms have a toilet, sink and shower.
- Appliances: Refrigerator, induction, built-in oven, dishwasher, cooker hood, electric hob.
- Internet: Yes, there is wireless internet in the holiday home.
- Kitchenware: The kitchen is well equipped with, among other things, kitchenware and a coffee machine.
- Heating: The holiday home is heated with air to air heat pumps.
- TV: There is a TV with Chromecast in the holiday home's large living room.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed in this holiday home.
- Distance to the sea: The holiday home has sea views and is located 150 meters from the water (as the crow flies) and 350 meters from Bølshavn harbor.

- Arrival and departure time: You can enter the holiday home from 16:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to leave the holiday home no later than 10:00 so that we can get the house cleaned for the next guests.
- Cleaning and water and electricity consumption: Both cleaning on arrival and departure as well as water and electricity consumption are included in your rental price.
Note: In extension of the house is a small holiday apartment. There is no access between the two homes, and the terraces of the homes are separated by a fence. The house is located at the end of a steep road.

Cleaning
A holiday must be a holiday! That is why we make sure to clean your holiday home on arrival/departure - so you are always sure that the holiday home is properly cleaned on your arrival, and you are free from the work of cleaning yourself before your departure. When you order through us, cleaning is always included in your rental price. You therefore do not have to pay extra for the cleaning. On your departure, we therefore simply ask you to ensure that the furniture is in its place, the kitchenware is washed up, and any waste is handed over to the area's environmental station.
Duvets and bed linen
There are duvets and pillows in the house. Bed linen and towels are therefore the only thing you must bring yourself. Alternatively, you can rent a linen package, consisting of sheets, pillow and duvet covers as well as a large and a small towel. If you wish to rent linen package(s), you can add it to your reservation when booking your stay.

There is a freezer in the ground floor kitchen.

The nearest grocery store is Dagli’Brugsen in Svaneke, located approximately 5 km from.
Internet
Villa Bølshavn offers wireless internet access. Signal strength may vary depending on the number of simultaneous users. If you need a stable internet connection for work purposes, we recommend that you bring your own mobile broadband. Please note that any internet outages do not entitle you to compensation.
Keys
We’ll send you a separate email a few days before arrival with information on how to collect the key to your holiday apartment. It’s an easy process – and no problem at all if you arrive late in the evening.

Payment terms
We kindly ask you to pay a deposit of 25% of the total price when you book your stay. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 45 days before your arrival. If you book less than 45 days before your arrival, we ask you to pay the full amount when booking.
