Today, the house has been transformed into a lovely summerhouse for 8 to 10 people with access to the charming courtyard at Østersøen Ferielejligheder, with its palm trees, fig trees, rose bushes, and the lovely swimming pool.
Æblehuset is a lovely summerhouse for 4-6 people located in Svaneke. The summerhouse has a light decor with many charming details. From the living room, you can access a wonderful little courtyard, where you will be able to enjoy the fact that Svaneke is the town on Bornholm with the most hours of sunshine.
Charming older half-timbered house for 6 people, which has been beautifully renovated with respect for the house's history. Beautiful beams, open kitchen-dining room, wood-burning stove, secluded garden and several lovely cozy corners both outside and inside.

Møllehuset is a lovely summerhouse, beautifully situated on the waterside of "Møllebakken" – close to the almost 400 year old mill in Svaneke – hence the name Møllehuset (The Mill House). Møllehuset is designed for 4 people.
Torvehyttan is a large newly renovated 1st floor apartment with charming wooden beams, located directly on Svaneke Torv. Look forward to a nice holiday apartment furnished for 4-6 people.

Svaneke is one of the few towns in Europe, which has been awarded the European Council’s gold medal for ”Excellent Preservation Work”. Take a ride on the local horse drawn carriage, where you can lean back and enjoy the beautiful old timber framed houses.
On the harbour, you will soon experience the holiday vibes, and perhaps be tempted with a cup of coffee, in one of the charming cafes. From the harbour, you can walk along the narrow streets to the square, where there is always a great atmosphere – especially on market days, where you might be able to get a good deal from one of the locals. We recommend that you visit ”Svaneke Købmandshandel”, which is a charming traditional grocery store, where time was stopped in the 1950s.
Svaneke is not just charming. Svaneke is the creative hub of Bornholm. Here, you will be able to find anything your eyes, or belly, may desire. Glass art. Paintings. Designer clothes. Handmade liquorish, chocolate, ice cream, and hard candy. Do visit the local smokehouse, with its fish delicacies, or Svaneke Bryghus with its critically acclaimed beer. Another fun experience is Chicken Bingo, which is Bornholm's local version of the lottery. It sounds a bit strange, but it creates lots of laughs when you let 3 chickens loose on a big bingo field where you have to bet on which number field the chickens will put the next "blob" on. As skilled announcers talk about the progress, the audience loudly comments on the progress - and some think it's good to have bad tracks in this game. The acknowledged danish newspaper Berlingske Tidende has named the Chicken Bingo in Svaneke as Denmark's third best holiday activity. You have to experience it!

Hullehavn er Svanekes sandstrand
Just behind Bryggergården, a path goes up through the fields. The path has been here for millennia and leads up to Sorte Muld, one of Scandinavia's largest settlements from the Iron Age. At the time, the king of Bornholm lived here, and thousands of so-called golden figures - small figures made of gold - have been found, which testify that it was a very rich society. The excavations continue every summer, and you are welcome to stop by. Perhaps it is today that the great gold treasure will be found? If you continue past Sorte Muld, you will come to Bornholm's large amusement park "Brændesgårdshaven", which offers a multitude of fun activities for the children, mini-zoo, rowing boats and much, much more. Once the entrance is paid, all rides are free. Brændesgårdshaven is a "must" to visit when you have children with you to Bornholm.
It is not just the tourists that love Svaneke. Svaneke is the town with some of the highest real estate prices on Bornholm. Not just the local islanders move to Svaneke, many tourists forget all about their return ticket to ”Denmark”, when they have visited Svaneke. As such, we must warn you that visiting Svaneke can be highly addictive…
