The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a charming townhouse and offers a cozy living room with a dining area, sofa area, exposed beams, vaulted ceiling and wood-burning stove. The well-equipped kitchen is in open connection with the living room, while two bedrooms and a small loft provide sleeping space for up to four people. From the living room there is access to a small balcony with a view of the town's rooftops and the common courtyard, where the apartment has its own small section with garden furniture.
In the middle of Svaneke, close to town life and rocky coast
Here you live less than 100 meters from Svaneke's square, where shops, cafés and restaurants are gathered around the town's cozy center. The central location makes it easy to go out for morning bread, take a trip to a café or enjoy a dinner without having to move far. At the same time, it is only about 300 meters to Vige Harbor and the rocky coast, so the sea and Bornholm's nature are also close by.

You can rent a baby pack consisting of: High chair and cot. We kindly ask you to add the baby pack to your booking when booking your stay. The baby pack will be delivered to the apartment upon your arrival and picked up again on your departure.
Duvets and pillows
There are duvets and pillows in the apartment. You must bring your own bed linen and towels, unless you rent a linen package from us. The linen package consists of a sheet, pillow and duvet cover as well as a large and a small towel. If you want to rent a linen package, you can add it to your booking when you book your stay.

The nearest grocery store is Brugsen, just 100 meters from the apartment.
Dogs
It is not allowed to bring dogs or other pets into Smedjen. If you want to bring your pet to Bornholm, you can take a look at our pet-friendly accommodations.
Internet
There is free wifi in the apartment. Any breakdowns in the internet connection do not give access to compensation.
Kitchenware
Smedjen has a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for regular cooking. You therefore do not need to bring kitchen dishes or the like.
Key handout
We will send you a separate email a few days before arrival with information on how to get the key to the apartment. It works easily - and it is no problem if you arrive late at night.
Parking and charging stations
Parking is on the public road by the building. The apartment does not have a charging station, so we recommend that you use the public charging stations on the island.
Cleaning
We make sure to clean the apartment before arrival and after departure. Cleaning is included in the rental price. On your departure, we ask you to make sure that the furniture is in place, the kitchen dishes are washed and that any waste is handed in the correct outdoor waste bins.
Smoking
It is not allowed to smoke in the apartment, neither outside nor inside.
Power and consumption
Consumption (electricity, water, heating) is always included in your rental price, and we therefore do not send any extra charge after your holiday.
Tea towels, toilet paper and more
On your arrival, there is a tea towel, dishcloth and a start-up stock of toilet paper in the apartment. If you need any additional, we ask you to make sure to bring/buy this.
