Wonderful surroundings in Allinge
Humans have made pilgrimages to Allinge for millennia. For example, the area around Storløkke is one of the places in Denmark with the most rock carvings. The most beautiful ship and sun figures are carved into the rocks. To the south, Storløkke is surrounded by a large rock wall. Take your dinner with you to our barbecue area, which is set up in a "rock cave" by the cliff face. Five minutes' walk from Storløkke you will find the cozy bathing beach "Næs Beach", where the whole family can enjoy the beach. With its shallow water depth, Næs Beach is a child-friendly beach, and if you prefer a little more water depth, there is a cast bathing bridge with steps down to the water.
After a swim, you can continue on to Allinge Harbour, where you will be greeted by cafes, shops and a wonderful harbor atmosphere. Just outside Allinge is Northern Europe's largest castle Hammershus, where medieval adventures await the whole family. Look forward to Storløkke Holiday Park - it will be a fun holiday!

Arrival days
There are no fixed changeover days in Storløkke Holiday Park. Stays are booked with a minimum of 3 nights. This gives you great flexibility when planning your stay, just as you can choose to travel on days where the ferry is cheapest, usually Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Accessibility
The holiday houses have doors wide enough for wheelchairs, and there are no steps in the holiday house. The bathroom has sufficient space for a normal wheelchair to be turned around. There are, however, steps to the courtyard, just as there are steps/stairs in the area at Storløkke Holiday Park. In our opinion, the neighboring resort - Æblehaven - is therefore better suited if you are a wheelchair user.
Allergy-friendly holiday houses
All houses are non-smoking. Please inform us when booking your stay if you are allergic to pets, and we will make sure you're put in a pet-free house.
Baby package
You can rent a baby package consisting of: High chair and crib. If you wish to rent a baby package, you can add it to your reservation when booking your stay. You can pick up the baby package at the reception upon your arrival, and we ask you to return the equipment to the reception at your departure.
Barbecue
The houses are privately owned, and the owners decide whether to provide a barbecue. We therefore cannot guarantee that there will be a barbecue at your house. You are, however, welcome to bring your own. Please remember to be considerate of the neighbors when using it. If your house has a barbecue, you are responsible for cleaning it after use.

Cleaning
We'll make sure to clean your holiday home on arrival/departure. Cleaning is always included in your rental price, and we will not send you any additional invoices for this after your holiday. On your departure, we simply ask you to ensure that the furniture is in its place, the dishes are cleaned/dishwasher is emptied, and any waste has been placed in the correct bins.
Duvets and bed linen
The house has duvets and pillows. You need to bring your own bed linen and towels unless you rent a linen package from us. The linen package includes sheets, pillowcases, and one large and one small towel. If you wish to rent a linen package, you can add it to your booking when reserving your stay.
Groceries
The nearest grocery shops are located in Allinge, approx. 1.2 km from Storløkke Holiday Park.
Internet
All houses have wireless internet access. Slow or faulty internet connection will not be grounds for financial compensation.
Ironing board and iron
You can borrow an iron and ironing board for free at the reception.
Keys
We’ll send you a separate email a few days before your arrival with information about how to get the key to your holiday home. It’s a simple process – and no problem if you arrive late in the evening.
Kitchenware
The holiday houses have a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for basic cooking. You do not need to bring kitchen utensils or the like.
Laundry facilities
There is a shared laundry room in the basement beneath the main building, which you are welcome to use.
Multiarena
Storløkke Holiday Park has a wonderful multi-arena with hockey, football, basketball and beach volleyball courts. You can borrow balls, etc. for free at the reception.
Parking and charging station
You can park for free and close to your holiday house. At the reception building, there is a charging station for electric cars (type 2 charging station). You can buy charging by scanning the QR code at the charging stations, or by downloading the app "Monta app" in Google Play or the App Store. Contact the reception if you need help.
Pets
Pets are allowed in selected houses. If you are bringing your pet, please add this when booking your stay. Please note that there is an additional cleaning fee when bringing pets. Also remember that the Swedish customs regulations must be met when travelling with pets to Bornholm via Sweden. Read more about the cleaning fee and about bringing pets via Sweden.
Swimmingpool
As a guest, you are free to use the lovely covered swimming pool.
In 2026, the pool is open from 1 March to 31 October and heated from 1 May to 31 August.
Tea towels, toilet paper and more
Upon your arrival, there is a tea towel, dish cloth and a starting supply of toilet paper in the holiday home. If you need more, you must bring/purchase this yourself.

Storløkke Holiday Park is located in Allinge on Nordbornholm. Allinge was the first destination when Bornholm's tourism began at the beginning of the 20th century. The beaches at Allinge are not Bornholm's largest, but probably some of the nicest. The distinctive and beautiful combination of sandy beach and towering cliffs is probably one of the reasons why Allinge has been one of Bornholm's most sought-after resorts for over 100 years - yes, actually for several thousand years, because the many petroglyphs at Storløkke show that Allinge was also popular in the Stone Age.
Below Storløkke Holiday Park is Næs Beach, where you can enjoy beach fun for the whole family. After a swim, you can continue to Allinge, where shops, cafes, restaurants and yachts create a wonderful harbor atmosphere. The harbor in Allinge has been voted Denmark's most beautiful harbor in 2021.

Krølle Bølle and the UFO's
Allinge and Nordbornholm are also home to Bornholm's legendary figure - the little troll boy "Krølle Bølle". If you have children with you on holiday, they will love to read stories about Krølle Bølle and his adventurous experiences. Whether it is Krølle Bølle who is at stake or not cannot be said, but in the book "Mysterious Denmark" there are many accounts of mysterious luminous objects which move at high speed across the sky in Northern Bornholm. For example, a German tourist has seen a plate-shaped craft fly out from Hammerknuden through a large opening that suddenly appeared in the rock face. Shortly afterwards, several yachtsmen reported seeing a similar craft take off from the sea at Hammerknuden and continue vertically into the sky until they lost sight of it.
Exciting boat trip from Hammerhavnen
From Hammerhavnen below Hammershus, it is not spaceships, but small cozy boats that take you on a trip along the coast. Seen from the water side, the rocky coast becomes even more dramatic. When you pass below the old castle ruins of Hammershus, you will be able to vividly imagine that the castle was an impregnable fortress in the turbulent Denmark of the Middle Ages. The experiences are spiced up by stories from your boat driver - and that certainly does not make the experiences any less exciting. Back on land, you can enjoy the beautiful views - for example at the beautiful lake Opalsøen, where you can also try Denmark's longest zipline.
Technical Collection...could it get any more boring?
Technical Collection sounds like dust and boring experiences... but that is not the case at at the museum Bornholm's Tekniske Samling, because here the whole family will have a good laugh and fun experiences when you, among others, put on your pilot's gear and settle into a Draken fighter plane, which looked after Bornholm during the Cold War.

Bike tours
Bornholm has a well-functioning network of cycle paths. 100 meters from Storløkke Holiday Park you will find the first cycle path. The paths lead you along the small roads, where cars are the exception and great nature experiences are the rule.
Try driving inland on a summer day and experience the rolling yellow cornfields. The trip goes uphill - but you benefit from that when the trip goes home. Here you can almost put the bike in neutral while you slowly roll along enjoying the view of the sea and Allinge town.
If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can of course rent them at Storløkke Holiday Park.
Angling
With its highly variable coastline, Bornholm is an eldorado for anglers all year round. From the coast on North Bornholm, there are good chances of competing with a sea trout, and if you fancy fishing from a boat, there are good opportunities for trolling for salmon as well as cod fishing. During the summer period, large quantities of hornfish move past Allinge, and this provides good fishing opportunities for young and old.
Remember to have the grill ready when junior returns home with the day's catch...

The coastal path
The old coastal path starts 900 meters from Storløkke Holiday Park. If you follow the path south, you will experience a very beautiful part of Bornholm. Here, beach, rocks and nature merge into a higher unity. On a warm summer day, when nature and wildlife are active, the trip is a special experience, but on a windy evening trip in spring or autumn, the trip is almost even more beautiful. The waves foam wildly around the rocks, and while the wind howls, you quickly relive the time when the path had its original function as a coastal rescue path. Many dramatic shipwrecks and fates have occurred on this stretch of coast. And the population was not always so helpful - in the old days, the wrecks could be a significant source of income, and then the local population could "get" to make false signals, causing the ships to run aground.
Hammeren
Just three kilometers from Storløkke Holiday Park is Hammerknuden. Here you will encounter unique nature and some fantastic views over the sea and the rest of North Bornholm. In addition to the nature experiences, you must also remember to experience:
Hammershus: Northern Europe's largest castle ruin. With its location high up on Hammerknuden and with the steep cliffs down to the sea, it doesn't take much imagination to imagine the power the residents of Hammershus had in the Middle Ages. Hammershus was also the center of power on Bornholm for many centuries. A visit to Hammershus is an exciting experience for both children and adults.
Hammersøen: At the beginning of the 20th century, quarrying was an important industry on Bornholm, and large quantities of the beautiful Bornholm granite stones were exported. The industry has now ceased, but in the landscape around Hammeren you can experience the traces of the beautiful lakes with an impressive animal and plant life.
The Camel Heads: Below Hammerhus lies the rock formation "Kamelhovederne" translated to "The Camel Heads"...and it doesn't take much imagination to imagine why the rocks got that name...
